General Terms and Conditions

1. For clients 18 and below, please seek permission/authorization from your guardian before proceeding with your transactions.2. Items are labeled accordingly if it is "available", "pre-order", "unofficial mechandinse", "on-hand", "official merchandise". Please read carefully the description of each item to manage your expectations.3. NO RUSH ORDERS. We cannot do same day delivery for your orders. Please allow us to have 2-7 days of allowance for packing and arranging of shipment, especially for bulk orders.4. We may arrange a shopee check-out for your order, but COD is strictly prohibited to avoid instances where in parcel is lost dues to discrepancies with parcel size versus price to pay by client upon delivery.5. Take note that we have a NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND, NO RETURN POLICY, unless your item suddenly became out of stock and there is no certainty that your item will become available again.6. BE 200% SURE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDERS. We will not accept cancellation of orders for reasons like changing your mind or ordering from a different shop. If you insist on canceling your order, a cancellation fee 50% of your total order will be charged to you.7. Bogus buyers/ Joy reservers will be posted and reported so do not attempt to make false orders and please do settle your payments before the deadline.8. We shall not be providing any IDs or any identification material that could compromise my security especially with the issues of stolen identities.

Payment & Shipment Terms

1. Our payment option details will be forwarded to you once we've confirmed your orders. As of the moment, you can pay thru GCASH, BDO, PAYPAL.2. Please don't forget to send your proof of payment and wait for us to verify it.3. Shipping date will be dependent on your payment date.4. Courier options are J&T Express, Grab, Lalamove Shopee check out can also be done for cheaper shipping fee, but must be payed ahead of time, and COD IS NOT ALLOWED IN SHOPEE CHECK OUT OPTION.5. Make sure that you input the correct mailing address. We will not be responsible for lost parcels due to wrong shipping address.6. Once item is shipped, seller has no liability with minor/major damages to your parcels caused by the courier. We make sure to pack your items properly but there may be instances that damages will be made due to mishandling of packages. Please do report to us if there is any damages in your orders so we can file a report to the courier and give compensation/refund if applicable.
